Old Camera
For this Project I created textures and worked in unreal for the first time.

Models
To start I got a camera model from online, and touched on their UVs.
The camera is by kalanuwan on turbosquid.

Creating Materials in substance
After I finished UVing and setting up the scene I created materials with Substance Designer that I will bring into Substance Painter later to texture the objects.
Using Substance Painter
I then brought my basic materials that I made in Substance Designer into Substance Painter to put on the material.
New
For the New material I wanted to recreate the camera as it would look like as if it where to come out of the factory.
Old
For my Old material I wanted to make everything look like it aged and that every has been used and abandoned.
Reworked Version
New
For the New version I decided to add more irregularity in the window frame and change the refractive index of the window. I also added a bit of irregularity in base color of the camera, and added a height fog but I think it may have been too strong.
Old
For the old version I changed the normals of the glass so that it would look a bit more real. I also tried to extend the rust of the bottom left of the window frame together but it doesn’t really show unless you zoom to the part so I will be changing that.
